CEO and founder of MGR Properties

Catalina studied Marketing and Sales at Ulacit University.
From a young age, she demonstrated a strong desire to succeed, to sell, and to build long-term relationships with her clients.
She has a remarkable ability to be a leader, make decisions, and seek positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Her vision of time management is the foundation of the company's pillars, and she has managed to focus her associates and clients on achieving the best results efficiently.

For over a decade, she has served as the Marketing and Sales Manager for several companies, both in Marketing and large-scale Construction at the national level.
She has been recognized for personal and team results and has extensive experience transforming real estate projects to achieve success.
She is a passionate and dedicated person to her projects, her clients, and is deeply focused on providing the best financial returns.
